When I launched Chantilly Mediation and Facilitation in 2018, I wrote an e-book called “Active Listening for Managers” (I know, catchy title). I used a Canva template to lay it out, downloaded the PDF, and voila! It was on my website to purchase - first as a free download, then for $10, and more recently, for $14.99.

But: How many of us really read books by downloading PDFs from a business’s website? Very few.
